The ICI steam boiler model GX is a three pass, wet back, monobloc, horizontal fire tube boiler, designed in accordance with the latest EU codes and produced especially for industrial plants.
It is manufactured incorporating the latest technology, and provide excellent performance, satisfying requirements for reliability, endurance and control.
The boiler comes as a complete package and is easily installed on a level base with no requirements for special on-site structures.
It is supplied ready for connection to suitable electrical power, water and fuel supplies.
The GX boiler is generously sized with low heat release criteria and large water volume, giving full protection against thermal shock and ensuring excellent steam quality and dryness

The flue gas channels are expanded and welded into drilled holes of the tube plates.
The GX boiler does not use turbolators /retarders. This ensures easy cleaning and less flue gas resistance for the burner.

Ved produktionen opvarmes endepladerne og hvælves herefter fuldstændigt før de ende‑til‑ende svejses til brændkammeret, således at vinkelsvejsninger undgås.

After heating, the tube plates are completely dished towards the furnace to which they are butt welded thus avoiding t-butt welds.
